Hi Olivier,
I reinstall python and dependencies this morning to be sure, the only difference is I used python 2.5.4, and libraries added for v6 which are not in the v5, are installed with setuptools and command easy_install.
I have not download a fresh install of addons with bazzar, because I have a 512 kbs internet connexion where I work (300 Mo to download it's too much whith this connexion and bazaar)...., but I will do a fresh install tonight at home (12 Mbs)
I will test your build I download actually.
I will give you result tomorrow with new fresh sources.

  when I install modules with configurator, the configurator don't
  finish all options (without error popup), I have this error in the
  server log :
