Hi, Your talking about a CSV file right? I had the same problem. Didnt
have a fix for it, but you could exclude that column when using your
data to avoid the issue. Map the products to the Database ID string
instead.

Bug description:
  Hi,

  I get this error when updating some data from gtk client. (Get the same error with the web client).
  Note, that updating via module way don't report any error, but the data are not update.

  Note : magshop is my magento shop reference. Product attributes are
  sync.
