Hello Vadim,

Please ignore the comment #2,#3.

Now, default debit account and default credit account in journal. These
two fields  are required only when the journal type is cash. For the
remaining type of journals there may be a possibility of that the
payment should be done in future.

Hope you will agree with this.

  v6rc2 account - journal - bank and cheques - needs compulsory accounts
  selection

Bug description:
  in the original v6 rc1 and rc2 releases this was working correctly.
  Upon updating from todays trunk, I can see that the journal configuration of 'bank and cheques' journals allows for empty Default Debit Account and Default Credit Account.

  Not a major issue, but I wonder why break something that was working?
