Amit, this should be a required field for bank journals too. try to
leave this unconfigured (without debit and credit accounts) and go to
make a payment voucher with this journal - you will see what I mean by
that.

As i mentioned innitially - this was a required field in v5, v6 rc1 and
v6 rc2, so why break something that was working?

Bug description:
  in the original v6 rc1 and rc2 releases this was working correctly.
  Upon updating from todays trunk, I can see that the journal configuration of 'bank and cheques' journals allows for empty Default Debit Account and Default Credit Account.

  Not a major issue, but I wonder why break something that was working?
