  [6.0] translation - import no resource id for menu entry

Status in OpenERP Server:

Bug description:
  import translation file from a module imports the translation but does
  not set the resource id

  importing the same file again duplicates the translations items
  (instead of overwriting - IMHO it should ask as for languages)

  tried with gtk, web hangs

  I also think import language from zip module does not work. (see no
  debug "loading ...de.po")
