  For example in the project module:
-  in a task if i pass this task from draft state to in progress state it should assign the date_start field , but if the language of the user is spanish for example (date format : %d-%m-%Y  %H:%M:%S) when i save the task record , the field date_start became empty.

  cannot save datetime with local format

  For example in the project module:
