  Cannot create partner

  While try to create a partner (before this i set up default values for
  partner form for all users) the warning appear:

  Before setting up default values everithing was ok.
  I tried to find there in database are values stored to delete them but didnt find. Ir.default table is empty

  Cannot work further pls help
