Bug description:
  hr_payroll.py:        'flag':fields.char('D/C'

  in report (twice)
  ./report/report_payroll_advice.rml:  <para style="terp_tblheader_Details">C/D</para>
  it should also read "D/C" for table headers as the associated field is "flag"
