Just retested with rev 4468 and I still have this issue. I'm using this version of Google Chrome:
9.0.595.0 (67504) Built on Ubuntu 10.04, running on Ubuntu 10.10

Bug description:
  When I click "Manage views -> Edit", it closes the frame but doesn't open the new window for edition.
  Issue with Google Chrome.
