[Bug 691585] Re: [trunk] Action on tree view
Issue here is that sidebar actions may very well *not* need any id (e.g.
share action). The actions protocol should be improved so actions
specify whether they need ids, and how many (1, 2, *?) doing that kind
of check at the client level at this time is baseless and incorrectly
limiting

Bug description:
On Revno 4132
On list view, when you click on an action in the right bar without
selectionned any item, the action is running for the first item of the
list.
On normal behaviour, if no item selectionned, the system should
display a message to say that it's needed that at least one item
should be selected to launch an action.
I see that on product list, with Price List wizard.
