  Cannot create database if the server is launch with --no-database-list

Status in OpenERP GTK Client:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  If you start a server with --no-database-list

  the client don't want to create a new database and says "bad superadmin password"
  1) the error is not related to the problem
  2) the web client support this with no problem, we can create a database
