The applications menu is centered in the content (not the viewport).
Since the dashboard of project is very wide, if your browser window can
not display it it will "spill" to the right and the applications menu
will follow. If you open a thinner Project screen (just open the project
lists), the menu will go back.

As far as I know there is no way to center content in the viewport
horizontally short of pinning it to the viewport vertically, which is
not feasible at the moment. The other alternative is to stick the menu
to the left, which we decided against.

Bug description:
  On the demo, the postion of the Menus buttons bar  (SALES, PURCHASES,WAREHOUSE...) changes according the menu you choose :
  If you choose 'PROJECT' the buttons are more to the right than if you choose 'SALES'.
