  [6.0.1_l10nfr] journals predefined using view accounts

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Out of the box, basic operations fail, like invoicing, because journals are mis-configured and use view accounts.
  This implies to reconfigure the account journal and/or the account chart which is complex and useless to all those who don't plan to use openerp as their official accounting application.
  We should provide a basic fonctionality out-of the box with no error at first use, and everybody planning to use openerp accounting knows they may have to review chart parameters.

  To reproduce :
  create a database without demo-data and with l10n_fr
  try and create an invoice.
