Dear Nicolas,

First I acknowledge that I certainly have less understanding than you on
the matter, but still, I would like to make some remarks:

1. a BVR import should "import" a BVR (a coded information written on a
INVOICE) into the system, so why the voucher is that important?
2. even if it is CERTIFIED (how? for what??) the account_voucher module
is at most a WIP. I personally see no production use for it in the
current state.
3. therefore, maybe the BVR import should work without the voucher
alltogether, as I do not see a direct relationship between the two.

I appologise in advance if my view is erroneous!

thank you!
Bogdan
