Hello,

Would you please elaborate the issue with the precise information as you
got the two fiscal year in newly created DB with demo data or you have
made another new fiscal year.

BTW the boolean field special = true has been true in all periods as it
gives the functionality of overlapping periods. You can modify easily as
per your need.

Bug description:
  all periods have special = true = these are opening/closing periods -
  which is not true of course

  BTW after installing i have 2 fiscal years
  * 2011 open
  * 2012 closed - why this
