Este al parecer es un bug, de OpenERP en general, no de un módulo en
particular, de los módulos de este proyecto.

Necesitas reportarlo en el proyecto adecuado

  No companies list when reconfiguring chart of accounts with template

Status in openerp-mexico-localization:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  OpenERP v6.0.1
  Ubuntu 10.04
  Installed from deb packages provided in the OpenERP webpage
  (possibly base_vat)

  Hello, how to replicate the bug:
  (1) Created a database with Spanish (MX) / Español (MX) without demo data
  (2) Run the configuration wizard with the extended template
  (3) Configure your company with sales' addons (to make sure that base_vat is loaded)
  (4) Update the base_vat module
  (5) Click on reconfigure button on the dialog that pops just after that or re-run the Generate Chart of Accounts from a Chart Template wizard

  Results in a void list of companies, making it impossible to update de module
  A list of companies (including the owned company) to appear
