Hello Fabrice,

This issue is not generic issue.
All Groups are selected because it default issue for security access.
So, Related Administer / User will change the group permission individually.

  in  create user : add group popup is launched with all groups selected
  ;  maybe better useability the opposite way (no groups selected)
