I have tested it again with "Change Qty" button but all are working fine. 
So I am closing this bug if you still face the problem then you can reopen this.

  [PS] Manufacturing : MO: change product qty doesn't change pickinglist

Bug description:
  6.0.1

  If you change the production qty in a manufacturing order, the related moves (picking list INT or OUT) weren't updated. 
  If you enabled 'autopicking' you have chance to correct the qty here.
