Title:
  Cannot specify RFC in the accounting options

Bug description:
  OpenERP v6.0.1
  Ubuntu 10.04
  deb packages from the OpenERP webpage
  base_vat

  When one tries to include the RFC (Mexican equivalent to VAT), the system does not allow it. I am attaching a patch for this.
  Besides, the warning messages are not properly translated. I don't know how to fix this.
