there are 2 important boards for sales user : My Quotations and Monthly
Turnover. Is it possible to install the sale dashboard with these both
boards (with sales) and the complete dashboard if crm is installed ?

Bug description:
  create a db with only the sales application. go to the application :
  no dashboard. It should be there. Actually this dashboard appears only
  if you install the CRM application.
