Actually - you do need to see the partner is particular if you are combining orders by Partner.
You may have multiple partners at one address - so see the partner enables you to visually verify that this is going to the correct address. Often the delivery/shipping teams are the last point of quality to ensure it is being shipped to the correct partner. Why drop the partner here?

While we do agree that address is most important the customer/partner is
also important - otherwise - why would you also list it on the LIST
view? This is just an oversite on the design part of OpenERP. For
consistency - you should add the partner here as well.

We do not agree with this.

If the view is automatically generated - we suggest a defined view be
created.

  Hi,
  We are not able to find customer(Partner) on Delivery Order form view. It is there on list view.
  It would be great if there is partner on form view.
  We are using openerp 6 rc 1
