  [Document] : defined duplicate access rights.

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  In Progress

Bug description:
  There are so many duplication of group assignment with respect of same
  openerp object.

  See this:
  report.files.partner
  report.document.file
  document.directory

  These object are assign the same group (base.group_system) more then
  one times.

  Although I have not gone though all the related object in this csv
  file for remaining group assignment, So There may be possibility for
  other duplication.
