This issue produce in web-client because the web-client opens the dashboard by default.
So need to fixing at addons side.

  [6.0] knowledge user - web - insufficient privileges

  Confirmed

Bug description:
  a user with groups employee + knowledge can not login into web without access errors because of the graph
  IMHO such users do not need the graph anyway.
