I agree with you.
When try to create new DB  with checked all check box;
Everything stopped with following error message: [ Please check the attached screenshot ]

Bug description:
  On firefox, (trunk)

  I created a db with all application, i checked all check box; until
  the wizard "purchase application configuration". On this wizard,
  everything stopped and it was crashed.
