I have checked for your problem, we don't have any error, so if you have changed code same as the fix, it must work,
May be you haven't upgrade the module,

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  When trying the following steps , application error shown:
  1. Go to Warehouse -> Product Moves -> 
  Receive Products -> Related Picking (Right hand menu)

  Please kindly suggest when can it be fixed
