Hello Francois,

In department from view you can not assign the user because in this from
view the "Employee" one2many field is only viewing purpose so we are set
it to as a read-only.

If you wan to assign the user in to department then you have to select
that department from the selection field of the employee form then the
employee 's related user is assign to that department. Now you see the
department from view you can see the record in "Employee" one2many field
and in this field you can see the related user.
