Hello Francois,

We have assigned create and write 's access only for the "hr/user" and "hr/manager".
If the user have only employee group then this user can not modify the employee record because we are give the only read 's access to the employee, So your issue does not effect to the current system.

Bug description:
  6.0.1

  Because the fields work phone/mobile/e-mail get the information from the working address, they should be read only.
  Otherwise, people can change this information and they will finally get different data for the same employee : data in the employee form view and data in his address.
