I have downloaded your new tax_report.py but it seems that it did not change anything ?

I am beginner to openerp, so if there is a special way to implement your
correction ,can you please inform.

  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Financial Management/Reporting/Taxes Reports/Print Taxes Report --> [Base: on Payments] does not report on invoices created in the previous period that were paid in the current period!
  Openerp Version 5.0.7
