Title:
  Holidays - Department field is not relevant if we assign holidays or
  allocation by "Employee's Category"

Bug description:
  GTK, v6

  * Human Resources > Holidays > Allocation Request / Holiday Request
  * Open the form view of an allocation/holiday request

  => Department field available in the general tab is not relevant if we
  assign by employee's category as they can be in different departments
