  [PS] Error when trying to save a lead

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Install crm module in version 6 (without demo data).

  * Create a new lead
  * Save the lead by clicking on the button or CTRL-S
  * Provide a notes for this lead (in the first tab, below)
  * Close the lead tab

  => Two problems : the system keeps asking to save the lead and
  secondly the notes provided are not saved

  A error is also reported at server side :
