  [PS] Holiday Request - Two different fields with same labels

Bug description:
  GTK, v6

  * Human Resources > Holidays > Holiday Request
  * Open the form view of an holiday request

  => two different fields with the same label "Leave Type"

        - header, Leave Type indicates to who assign this leave request (Employee, Employee's Category,...)
        - General tab, Leave Type indicates the type of leave (Casual Leave, Sick Leave,...)
