Hello,

I am confirming the issue as not able to get the country name
"Deutshland" in country field by writing "Deu". The dictionary returned
by "name_search" method is not updated after changing the language to
German.

Bug description:
  in a German DB when you enter a view letters in field 'Country' in the
  partner form the system starts searching in English names.
