Hello Jacques,

You can install the "sale_layout" module for sequence field in sale.order.line object. 
Then you can sort the sale.order.line for entered sequences.

Bug description:
  Hi,
  It is impossible to reorder the sales order lines of a sale order while there is a sequence field on the sale order lines. The sequence is not part of the "sales order lines" one2many views of the "sales orders" form view.
