Hello Steffi Frank,

I am agree with you that we are not allow to change the qty field after starting production.
But we can use change qty button which is called wizard for changing the production qty and it should be happen before the starting production.

When you confirming the production then your destination location filled
with the product qty so the picking is going in to done state.Which is
the normal flow.

Hope this enough for you.
Correct me if I am wrong.

Title:
  MO picking list to early in state done!

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  After starting production you can't change qty of raw material.....

  - open a MO with external routing, confirm MO
  - you now find the outgoing picking list for material to send from your stock to supplier location
  - start production -> picking list in state 'done'

  How to change qty now?????

  Process for moves in a MO should be done with 'produce' (or manually)
