Sorry, I omitted de next detail: the tree view that OpenERP shows just
create the invoice only has the filter by reception relation, and it
works correctly, ... but before entry at invoice form, if you exit this
tree view and go to the option Menu -> Accounting -> Suppliers ->
Suppliers Invoices, you can verifiy that this invoice don't appears at
list.

Also, if you acces PostgreSQL and go into the respective database, at
account_invoice table, in the record of this invoice that you created at
video you attached, ... you can verify that the field "type" has the
value "out_invoice". Please, check it.

Bug description:
  OpenERP stable 6.0 version.

  An invoice created from Receptions is created with type "out_invoice".
  After, when you access to invoice partners tree view, this invoices
  are not displayed. If you change account_invoice type to 'in_invoice',
  the tree view display the invoice correctly.
