  [PS] Employee and user : tooltip on email launcher is wrong

Bug description:
  6.0.1

  In the user and employee form view, I've a field e-mail.
  The tooltip on the button at the right of the field is "open this ressource".
  it isn't correct.

  For instance, it could be "send an e-mail with your default e-mail
  client".
