  account_payment wizard missing date paremater on call to
  onchange_partner_id()

  New

Bug description:
  Trying to execute the "Import payment lines" wizard in bank statements
  provided by module 'account_payment' crashes the application due to a
  missing parameter on the call to account.voucher's
  onchange_partner_id() function.
