  [6.0] - popup windows should be wide enough to avoid horizontal
  scrollbars (WISH)

Bug description:
  Example
  open m2o partner
  the user must manually enlarge the window or scroll to see the full content of the popup 
  IMHO not state of the art and nor very userfriendly

  ac scrollbar should only be visible if the width of the screen is
  smaller than the necessary width of the form.

  this is true both for both list and form
