When you did change the precision from command line then you have to
update your database for applying precision at database side.

  V5.0.15 - price accuracy to 4 digits

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Following OpenERP advices, we increased price accuracy (by command
  line on the server) to 4 digits but the DB precision remains at 2
  digits.

  If you force change on DB as well, you get many rounding issues
  especially on accounting side (invoices, payment orders,
  reconciliation...)

  A contract bug report has been open for this but we post it on
  lauchpad as well for the community
