Hello Sumeet Agrawal,

We have set a partner discount in price-list menu
(Sales/Configuration/Pricelists/Pricelists).

Please follow the steps:
1)  Go to Sales/Configuration/Pricelists/Pricelists menu open the form view.
2) Open the Pricelist version one2many field.
3) Open the pricelist item see in price computation->Based on selection field there is a fourth option is "Partner section of the product form" you need to consider this option.
4)Go to Product from view ->Supplier Tab open the supplier information one2many field and set the quantity based unit price for the particular partners .
