  [6.0] account bank statment - default period id does not respect
  company GRAVE

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  to reproduce
  * 2 companies with same fy / periods 
  create new bank statement
  results in a  random pick of account_period.id

  IMHO missing domain

  the account_period does not show company - so it's not possible to
  select a correct period manually (except trial and error)
