Hello,

I have checked your issue in web-client.

And I can see that when select "Bank type" as a "IBAN Account" then the
"Iban" field will become active.

I have attached a screen-shot for your reference, So please check it and
notify me where you have faced the problem in web-client.

  [6.0.1] base_iban,  can't introduce IBAN account

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Installed the base_iban module, but I can't write in the IBAN field. 
  The IBAN field is not active, only the Account Number field.
