         I have tested the above posted Scenario and issue has been resolved with latest trunk at revno #4483, and if your end problem still problem persist than please provide us the Step to reproduce the bug.

Title:
  Project Template Duplication Error

Bug description:
  I create a template of project with 2 tasks :

  First :
  name=tache1
  project=TEMPLATE

  Second :
  name=tache2
  project=TEMPLATE
  parent_id=tache1

  So the second task is a subtask of the first task.

  When I try to create a project from the template (button on the
  template project form), it creates it but add a new task equal to the
  second task in the TEMPLATE project.

  So I think that there is a problem with the duplication of the
  project's task when there is subtasks.
