Hello Amit Parik,
Thank you for your answer but I do not quite understand.
If I create a directory called Test. In this directory I put a document
called TestDoc.
I add the groups as you say:
1)Administration / Configuration
2)Sales / Manager or Partner Manager
3)Knowledge / User
4)Employee
I have two users: User1 and User2
User1 is in Group Employee and Knowledge / User Group
User2 is in Group Employee and Knowledge / User Group
What is the method that User1 can see the document and not User2?

Module Knowledge
A group that is defined in the Security tab of a directory has no effect.
Anyone can see all documents
OpenERP v6.0.1 Server on Ubuntu 10.04 x64
Same result with OpenERP GTK client and Web OpenERP on Windows and Linux
