@Azazahmed, Hello and i'm disagree, please try this:

Create 2 account tax code records 
make one parent
export this data
delete records
try to import your file

The error don't include any one2many or many2many fields, here we just
get a many2one field for itself and the problem its with name_search
method from account.tax.code object.

  I ma trying to import tax codes in v6 stable revno1814 and:
  Data is not imported give this error  http://paste.pocoo.org/show/346673/
  then the client rash with segmentation fault

  I attached the file what i am trying to import in tax codes.
