  Can't assign an issue

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):

Bug description:
  
  Create a new issue. Try to assign the issue. Click 'Save & edit' button => the issue is still not assigned.
  This field is related field which is based on task, But Again task is not a require field. There may be possible that project issue will assign directly without task creation.
