I just noticed that this behaviour only happens when you create a new operation.
If you save it, the name appears.

Bug description:
  Hi,
  In the routing form (Manufacturing /Configuration / master BOM /Routings ), the id of the work center appears instead of the name.
  please the the scrreenshot attached.
  The id = 3 should be replaced by the name of the work center.
