cannot create db without demo data due to Wiki

Bug description:
to test :
- create a db without demo data. Configure through configuration wizard.
- install all application
- check all checkboxes of all wizard click configure
- In the Knowledge Application Configuration : bug
The operation cannot be completed, probably due to the following: - deletion: you may be trying to delete a record while other records still reference it - creation/update: a mandatory field is not correctly set [object with reference: return217 - return217]
If you try to close yhis error and configure again :
