Hello Dr. Ferdinand,

Looking at your screenshot,I wonder why you do not have the access to STAR as seen in my screenshot.
Version 6 lets you add a menu to the shortcut via that star and any user has the freedom to add them.(there is an access right given to NULL group,so any user would do it).

Can you please double check ? This is very normal, but your screenshot
made me check thrice this functionality with admin and non-admin users.

Bug description:
  there is no (more) button "ADD" in the shotcut line to add the current form to the shortcut line
  shortcuts added in GTK are displayed correctly
