Yes i got the problem when we switch from tree view to form view for
journal items in journal entries we don't get the journal and period
from parent.

And it seems problem in default_get method in account.move.line.

Bug description:
  Almost impossible to post manual entries in Accounting / Journal entries / Journal entries.
  In the header the journal and period a requested but when starting to post a manual entry it is requested again
